A proper cut,
a proper conversation.

The Three Pillars

What we do, we do well.

Three things we have done every day for nearly eighty years. Everything else is built on top of these.

The Cut

Scissor work, taper, full consultation. The bedrock of the trade.

From$45

The Fade

Skin, low, mid, high — clipper-over-comb, blended with a steady hand.

From$50

The Beard & Shave

Hot towel, lather, straight razor. Beard shape and line-up included.

From$40

Inside the shop
Three generations

Opened by a man named Earl Magnolia in 1947.

The chairs are the same Belmonts. The mirror over the third station has a hairline crack from a hurricane in 1989. We take that as a feature.

What's changed is everyone in the chairs — but the way we treat them has not. Sit down. Tell us about your week. We'll handle the rest.

— Anders M. · Visiting from Stockholm

"Every time I'm in Charleston for business I sneak away for a cut. Better than therapy and a shoeshine combined."
— Michael T. · Atlanta, GA
★★★★★
"They remember your kids' names. They remember your job. They remember your last cut. That's the whole pitch — and they live up to it."
